    Το Καϊμακτσαλάν, γνωστό και ως Βόρας, ανήκει στον Νομό Πέλλας και συνορεύει με τη Φλώρινα και τα Σκόπια. Η κορυφή είναι στα 2524 μέτρα όπου υπάρχει ένα εκκλησάκι. Διαθέτει σύγχρονο χιονοδρομικό κέντρο και είναι ιδανικό για διάφορες δραστηριότητες στο χιόνι.

    The Kaimaktsalan, also known as Voras, belongs to Pella Perfecture and is bordering with Florina and Skopje. The peak is at 2524 meters where there is a small church. It features a modern ski center and is ideal for a variety of snow activities.

  • Skiing in Imathia

    Χιονοδρομικό Κέντρο Σελίου
    Το Σέλι είναι ένα οργανωμένο χιονοδρομικό κέντρο στην Ελλάδα, σε υψόμετρο 1534 – 1900 μέτρων. Απέχει 24 χλμ από τη Βέροια και 95 χλμ από τη Θεσσαλονίκη.

    Χιονοδρομικό Κέντρο 3 – 5 Πηγάδια
    Σε υψόμετρο από 1430 έως 2005 μέτρα βρίσκεται το χιονοδρομικό κέντρο 3 – 5 Πηγάδια, κοντά στη Νάουσα. Το χιονοδρομικό κέντρο διαθέτει σύστημα τεχνητού χιονιού και πολλές πίστες με κάθε βαθμό δυσκολίας.

    Seli Ski Resort
    Seli is an organized ski center in Greece, at an altitude of 1534 – 1900 meters. It is situated 24 km from Veria and 95 km from Thessaloniki.

    Ski Resort 3 – 5 Pigadia
    At an altitude of 1430 to 2005 meters you can find ski resort 3 – 5 Pigadia, near to Naoussa City. The ski center has a artificial snow system and many slopes with any degree of difficulty.

Bathing in Pozar thermal baths
Pozar Baths are thermal baths, known since ancient times. Finds and traditional stories of the place and its waters go back to the time of Alexander the Great and the Roman and Byzantine periods. 13 km west of Aridea and 3 km from Loutraki, the spa town is in the valley of the stream of Agios Nikolaos. The oldest name of the stream was Toplitsa ("Thermos Potamos") and in the area has been discovered a complex of about 15 caves, with abundant finds of prehistoric times, which are exhibited in the small museum of Loutra. The area has been declared a cave park (Almopia Cave Park) and is the first of its kind in Greece. The thermal springs of the baths are a center of Thermal Tourism, as they are used by their visitors mainly for therapeutic purposes. At the main gushing point (hydrotherapy center), the water has a temperature of 37.2 C, the source of the square at 36.4 C, and the cold spring, which is also located in the square, at 15 C. The hot water has a thermal effect and is drinkable. Visitors use it for bath therapy, toning, and relaxation, while the waters help fight circulatory, respiratory, rheumatic, gynecological, and dermatological diseases. Also, mineral water therapy is indicated for diseases of the liver, kidneys, bile, digestive, and urinary system.
